Youxee platform does not refund the platform currency that has been consumed or the recharge that has been redeemed into the game. Any form of online bank transfer, platform currency, supermarket payment, credit card, debit card, mobile phone prepaid card, third-party wallet App, and in-game purchases to player accounts cannot be refunded or replaced.
